(Toronto, April 17, 2025) We are pleased to announce JMIR Perioperative Medicine has met the editorial criteria for inclusion in the Web of Science™. This also means that JMIR Perioperative Medicine may receive its inaugural journal impact factor as early as 2026, which is a major achievement for the Journal. This is consistent with Clarivate's recent announcement that JIFs will be expanded to all Web of Science™ Core Collection journals.
This milestone serves as a testament to the journal’s contribution to health innovations and emerging technologies in the field of perioperative care, as well as the dedication of the Editorial Board overseeing the Journal.
